Friday, September 13th

12:30 Opening of Fisken På Disken in Hall 5

• Stalls: Chef's tastings
• Try a ride in a RIP speedboat (payment on the day)
• Board a fishing boat

16:00 Opening speech

• Opening speech by Harbour Master Søren Zhonesen, who will host with a beer

18:00 Fish Galore dinner in Hall 5

• Enjoy a culinary experience as we serve a 2-course fish menu at Fish Galore. Beer on tap and live music by Ariel & Tina on stage.
