Hook & Cook - September Magic
As the sun sets in the west and darkness descends, Rubjerg Knude Lighthouse comes to life. Friday, September 6th fills the air with late summer vibes, while soft melodies and enchanting lights dance through the breeze of the North Sea, creating a atmospheric ambiance.
Sit down in the sand dunes around Rubjerg Knude Fyr and enjoy the beautiful sunset to the sound of the roaring North Sea and the great atmosphere. As darkness falls, Rubjerg Knude Fyr transforms into an artistic canvas. Here, our local light artist will magically tell the story of Lønstrup's beautiful craftsmanship through abstract, colorful, and enticing light art pieces.
The light show will be served with a mix of delicate tones and up-beat saxophone melodies.
It almost sounds like a fairy tale, but it can actually become reality when Late Summer Magic hits Rubjerg Knude Fyr for the second time, on Friday, September 6th.
This time, we've turned up the magic even more. Grab your blanket and picnic basket and settle down in the dunes with a glass of rosé wine. Then all that's left is to lean back and let yourself be seduced by an atmospheric evening you may never forget.
PRACTICAL INFORMATION
- The event is free of charge.
- Warm-up starts at 7:45 PM.
- The program begins at 8:15 PM.
- Parking costs 30 DKK per car and proceeds support next year's Late Summer Magic.
- Arrive in good time.
- Please carpool as much as possible (limited parking spaces available).
- Dress warmly.
- Feel free to bring a blanket to sit on.
- Beverages can be purchased at the lighthouse.

The North Jutland a cappella choir, NABLA, will take you on a musical adventure with their impressive voices.
TESS
The North Jutland soloist, Tess Daarbak, once again captivates the audience with her pure and beautiful voice, leaving most breathless.
SACRE COEUR
With roots in house, chill, deep house, and disco, Sacre Coeur has created a unique sound and live performance that is recognized and often described as something special and different on the live scene. PIXLART
The local light artist, Tao Lytzen, from PixlArt has created a brand new series of light and visual art pieces this year, which will be projected onto the beautiful iconic Rubjerg Knude Fyr, allowing the senses to roam freely.
Many local shops and restaurants in Lønstrup also have exciting offers in connection with Late Summer Magic, for those who want to enjoy Lønstrup before the event.
