Keramoda
Welcome to a universe of art and culture
The old beach bailiff's house.
Built in 1881
Keramoda Lønstrup
Over the past 40 years, this old beach bailiff's house has developed from a farm operation to an artist's environment.
Many different artists from all over the world have worked at the workshop, which was founded in 1983 by Mogens Falkenberg and Regina Kraus. In 2017, their daughter Vibe Falkenberg took over the place and transformed it into a smaller cultural center, but with a main focus on the Art of Ceramics.
Today, the place is run by Owner Vibe Falkenberg and her daughter Lærke Falkenberg (Administration) as well as a fantastic crew.
Come and visit our little gem and at the same time get a wonderful experience of art and culture in the town of Lønstrup.
The open workshop and ceramics shop are now complemented by café Oldschool with an extensive offer of food and drink, as well as a shop with prints, jewelry and sea glass.
The Keramoda Cultural Center is the setting for a number of courses and events.
During the year, there are a dozen or so pottery courses with international participation, and concerts are arranged in the courtyard. There are also packed lunch tables and a playground that guests are free to use.
